About the Journal
The JOURNAL OF MINERAL RESOURCES LAW is a peer-reviewed journal, covering legal issues bordering on the exploration and exploitation of liquid, solid and gaseous minerals. Our objectives are to disseminate legal research by academic scholars, legal practitioners, social scientists, economists, environmentalists, human rights scholars and postgraduate students; to increase alertness of legal issues impacting the regions of the world where mineral exploitation are being undertaken and to provide a medium to discuss legal topics that fall within the Journal’s scope.
